  1. Full payment of the purchase price is a requirement for making a purchase. We accept payment through payment systems using credit cards (VISA, Master Card, and BCA Card), Virtual Accounts, inter-account and inter-bank transfers to bookingtogo.com bank accounts, and other payment methods as listed on the Website.

    • In the event of credit card fraud or misuse of the payment system by any third parties, such incidents must be reported immediately to Us and your credit card issuing company/bank, for you to receive further assistance in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.

      • Entering Our account number or the Virtual Account number We specify for each order you make; and/or
      • Making an incorrect payment amount for your order, resulting in the transfer of your funds to an account or Virtual Account that does not correspond to the payment instructions We provided, or the debiting of your bank account in an amount that does not correspond to the payment instructions We provided, thereby resulting in your order not being confirmed, you hereby acknowledge and agree that We have no obligation to refund you as a result of errors or negligence you commit by not following the payment instructions We have provided, and therefore such losses are entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Furthermore, payment errors as mentioned above cannot be considered valid payment for your order, so you must make payment in accordance with the payment instructions We have provided to obtain confirmation of your order.
  2. For every order that We can confirm, We will send you a Confirmation Letter via email containing a description of the product and order you made as well as payment confirmation. You are responsible for printing and safeguarding the information stated in the Confirmation Letter We send. This confirmation letter is a very important document and you must bring a printed copy of this Confirmation Letter when you will use or collect the Product you purchased. Changes and Cancellations

  4. For each order cancellation you make, we will process refunds subject to the following conditions:
    • Refunds are processed in the amount and within the timeframe in accordance with the cancellation policies and terms imposed by Partners.
    • The amount of funds refunded to you shall not exceed the nominal amount you paid to Us, adjusted according to the policies imposed by each respective Partner.
    • For transactions paid using Klikpay BCA with BCA Card, refunds are processed via transfer to the account of the person who made the booking or one of the passengers or hotel guests or car renters registered in your booking.
    • We will forward each order cancellation you make to Partners. Therefore, We require time to recover the payment you previously made that We have forwarded to Partners. Accordingly, you acknowledge the time We need to refund such funds to you.
  5. You agree that We can only process cancellation requests that comply with the cancellation terms and conditions imposed by Partners, bookingtogo.com Terms and Conditions of Use, e-Refund Terms and Conditions, and other applicable terms and conditions on Our Website. Therefore, you release Us from any losses you suffer as a result of cancellation requests you make or your negligence in fulfilling the cancellation terms and conditions imposed by Partners, bookingtogo.com Terms and Conditions of Use, e-Refund Terms and Conditions, and other applicable terms and conditions on Our Website.

  2. Our Services are generally available online twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week; except in the event of repairs, upgrades, or maintenance to Our Website.
  3. Products are provided, supplied, and operated by third parties ('Partners') who have entered into cooperation and established agreements, either directly or indirectly, with Us. You understand and acknowledge that:
    • Reservations and purchases you make through bookingtogo.com constitute a legal relationship and binding contract between you and Our Partners. In this regard, bookingtogo acts as an agent or intermediary tasked with facilitating transactions between you and our Partners.

Product Pricing

  1. bookingtogo always strives to provide Products at the best prices available for you to book, so you must review and understand the specific terms and conditions applicable to a price before you make a booking. You also need to review and understand the provisions regarding cancellation and refunds that specifically apply to certain Products and/or Prices.
  2. The prices listed include taxes, levies, fees, and other charges that we will detail on Our website. Sometimes the prices we obtain from Our Partners are in foreign currencies, and We attempt to convert such prices into Indonesian Rupiah, using the best conversion rate We can obtain.
  3. Regarding currency conversion, there may sometimes be differences at the time of ticket search and booking. This is due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rates.
  4. BookingToGo reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without prior notice; however, Products you have already purchased and Products that have already received a Confirmation Letter will not be subject to price changes.

Booking

  1. A Product booking/purchase is considered successful or completed after you have made full payment and bookingtogo will send you an order/purchase confirmation letter. In the event of any issues, the data contained in bookingtogo will serve as the primary reference and shall be deemed valid.
  2. By completing a booking/purchase, you agree to receive emails that We will send shortly after you make a booking/purchase, providing you with information about the product you purchased.
  3. For international flight routes, customers must have a passport with a validity period of at least 6 (six) months from the date of departure and/or return.

Usage

  1. This Website and the Services available therein may be used by you for personal and non-commercial purposes, which are at all times subject to the Terms and Conditions of use applicable at bookingtogo.
